She added that the exchange dates will be agreed upon, based on the desire to fulfill the exchange for the New Year and Christmas holidays.

At the same time, Olifer stressed that the security situation in the Donbass is worrying. In particular, the fixed bombardments of the Donetsk filtering station can lead to a humanitarian and environmental disaster.
