Customs officers caught on a bribe. According to the press center of the Security Council of Ukraine in the region, customs officers were caught on a bribe of eight thousand hryvnia.

For this money, they promised to freely pass the load of manufactured goods. At the same time, special services established that customs officers systematically extorted money from entrepreneurs, promising him artificially not to create obstacles while moving goods across the Ukrainian border.

Law enforcers opened a criminal case on the basis of a crime under the relevant article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, investigators of the prosecutor's office of Lugansk region conducted an operation to detain a pension fund official. The head of the accrual department and his assistant demanded a bribe of one hundred thousand hryvnias for illegal enrollment of working age for the purpose of further illegal registration of pension payments.
