Russian lawyer Mark Feigin, who deals with the cases of Ukrainians arrested in Russia, in particular journalist Roman Sushchenko, said that he is already going to be deprived of his lawyer status in December. He wrote about this on Twitter.

Most likely, before the end of 2017, I will be deprived of the status of a lawyer. This should be prepared for those who are engaged in the fate of Ukrainian political prisoners. All comes to the end. This is it, Putin's Russia.

The lawyer added that he regretted nothing, referring to his lawyer activity, and called on his colleagues to continue the fight for human rights.

And, of course, I regret nothing and call on those who remain in the legal status to continue a principled and consistent struggle in defense of human rights.
