According to him, it is worth making specific decisions to simplify the licensing procedure, since this will help in the beginning of the operation of new scouts, which will lead the country to energy independence. The result of the Cabinet's work will be a decrease in rent rates to 12 percent when new wells are launched, which will encourage the investor to invest in gas production.

As early as in 2018, a special strategy will be adopted that will consolidate innovations at the national level.

As reported in URA-Inform, recently Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman said that Ukraine's own gas production by the end of 2017 was about 15.2 billion cubic meters.
