According to the PACE High Commissioner for Refugees Pascal Moreau, there is a so-called "living way" in the sea today, through which millions of refugees cross the Mediterranean, but in spite of the danger of travel, people continue to risk their lives in order to get to the European continent.
The Commissioner noted that the way of refugees does not begin in Libya, but in Tunisia, Turkey or Algeria. The bulk of refugees are in Italy and Greece.
As reported in the "URA-Inform", recently off the coast of Spain, the border guards conducted another search and rescue operation.
