At a trilateral meeting of the leaders of Russia, Iran and Turkey in Sochi on November 22, 2017, a curious case occurred: President of the state-aggressor Vladimir Putin overturned the chair of Turkish colleague Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The video of the incident was made public on the web.

After a joint statement to the press following the talks, Putin approached Erdogan sitting to his left and shook his hand. Simultaneously, the owner of the Kremlin pushed aside the chair on which the Turkish president was sitting, so much so that he capsized on the floor.

Erdogan glanced at the fallen chair, but did not raise it; Putin did not pay any attention to him. A chair was raised at the same moment by a man in civilian clothes.

In May 2017, Putin and Czech President Milos Zeman at a meeting in China joked about the number of journalists present: the Czech leader suggested that they "liquidate" and his Russian counterpart "cut".
