Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman, commenting on the current situation in Lugansk, said inadmissible victims among civilians. The prime minister said this on the air of one of the TV channels.

So, Grojsman has noted, that it is important, that in "gangster disassemblies" civilians did not suffer. At the same time, Ukraine will do everything possible in the defense sphere if there is a threat from militants.
