According to UkrHydrometcenter data, at night and on the morning of November 22, in the Kharkov, Donetsk, Lugansk regions, heavy wet snow, in places, the sticking of wet snow, the formation of snow cover, on the icy roads.

Employees of the special service of the State Emergency Situations Service warned drivers about the complications on the roads through precipitation, so they are urged to comply with all traffic rules.
