Police sergeant Rafael Souza with a child in his arms shot and killed two armed criminals who tried to rob a pharmacy.

The incident occurred in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, reports NV referring to the Daily Mail.

The policeman was in the pharmacy with his child and his wife, when armed robbers burst into the room. Without releasing the child from his hands, he unexpectedly took out a pistol, and shot at point-blank range in one of the criminals, and then shot the second.

Souza noted that he started shooting because the criminal threatened to kill him.
