By decision of November 17, 2017, the court returned a statement of claim for the protection of business reputation. This is stated in the press service of the NAPK.

According to the report, the court found a formal excuse not to consider the claim. At the same time, the court stated that the defendant in the case lives in the Goloseevsky district and thus, this case is not subject to the Shevchenko court.

Thus, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court withdrew from the case, recognizing itself as incompetent, - explained in the NAPK, adding that the agency refrains from further comments on this matter, as they do not know the intentions of Solomatina and her ability to prove the reliability of her statements in court.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption sued the ex-employee NAPK Anna Solomatin, who reported abuse in the agency.
