Once, having shed a good deal of aesthetically and suffered a lot after looking at myself in the mirror, I set myself the goal of making myself a beautiful figure. A beautiful figure meant for me primarily a flat belly and a thin waist. On the hips and buttocks there were no special deposits, but this stomach, these sides! They drove me crazy.

The funny thing is that everyone around me thought me skinny, as I was wearing short skirts with success, though, from above, putting on my jacket, buttoned up with all buttons. I myself did not know what else in me was more - thinness or fullness. I was, as it were, fat and thin at the same time.

Thin knobs with legs and a puffy tummy look cute if they belong to an infant, not a young one (then I was 20) and a beautiful (hopefully) mom of this very baby. Since that day, I spent almost a year in throwing from one miracle technique, promised for a week, or even a night, to transform my body, to another, no less radical and fantastic. My efforts began to bring the long-awaited result only when I began to use common sense, based on the knowledge of human physiology, biochemistry and nutrition.

Representatives of the beauty industry for the most part can not stand the concept of common sense and anecdotal evidence when it comes to human physiology. For example, according to the experience of hundreds of thousands of people (including myself) who have gone through all sorts of diets, it is known that losing weight does not mean getting into shape and reducing the amount of fat, but nevertheless, with an enviable regularity, at least once per month, I get a recommendation on my eyes how to drop a couple of kilograms in a few days. Or, which year the nutritionists tell us that "calories are calories, no matter where they come from," when any person without scientific knowledge can with closed eyes "feel the difference" between calories from cabbage and calories from ice cream.
