This was reported by the press service of the police of Kharkiv region.

According to the 46-year-old consul general of the Russian Federation, the attackers doused the car with a substance that had destroyed the paintwork on the hood and the doors of the vehicle. Investigative and operational group of the Shevchenko police department inspected the car and the scene of the incident. Law enforcers also interviewed the applicant and possible witnesses.

The fact of the event is included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations by h. 1 st. 194 (intentional destruction or damage to property) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The police establish all the circumstances of the incident and look for persons involved in the commission of the crime.

At the moment the investigative actions are continuing.
