The Popular Front faction advocated the creation of a special commission under the Verkhovna Rada to work out constitutional changes and bring legislation in line with the current Constitution. This was stated by the chairman of the faction Maxim Burbak during the conciliation council on November 13, the broadcast was conducted by the TV channel "112 Ukraine".

"We are convinced that an active substantive discussion is needed on constitutional reform in the sphere of organization of the central government, distribution of powers and responsibilities between the branches of power. We are in favor of creating a special commission under the Verkhovna Rada for working out constitutional amendments and bringing the legislation of Ukraine in line with the current Constitution, "said Bourbak.
