According to Alibaba, during the peak, the number of transactions per second reached 325 thousand. The first parcel was delivered to the customer already 12 minutes and 18 seconds after the start of the festival. Four hours before the end of the sale, the head of Cainiao (logistic service of Alibaba) Wan Lin said that the number of orders already completed for delivery exceeded 700 million. For comparison, last year, following the results of the entire 24-hour online sale, about 657 million parcels were delivered.

Day of the bachelor (Guanggunjie) is celebrated in China every year on November 11.
