Alena Degryk is the leader and founder of the first in Ukraine gaming payment service "LeoGaming", a public figure, the owner of the "Man of the Year 2014" award for his contribution to the development and popularization of modern Internet technologies in the Ukrainian market.

Education: Alyona received secondary education in her hometown, after which she entered the Moscow Institute of International Relations. Her further destiny the girl directly connected with the international jurisprudence, therefore she continued her studies at the Munich Goethe-Institut. Even today, being a successful and wise leader, Alena Degryk does not stop there - in 2017 she graduates from the Kyiv National University. Taras Shevchenko in the specialty "Psychology". According to the general director of LeoGaming, the knowledge gained about the structure of the human psyche will help her to better understand people and maintain a healthy atmosphere within the collective.
Labor activity: After graduating from IMO Alena Degryk seriously thought about the need to create her own law firm in order to perfect in practice the knowledge gained. In 2009, the company "LeoPartners" was founded, which defended the legal interests of a number of Ukrainian banking structures. It was then that a young specialist in jurisprudence drew attention to the prospect of the development of electronic payment services, which at that time were only emerging in Ukraine. Thanks to the experience gained in the banking sector, Alena Degryk decides to radically change the direction of her activity and turns her attention to the online games industry. Online gaming at that time was gaining great momentum, it became possible to purchase game assets in exchange for real or electronic banknotes.
In 2010, LeoGaming was registered, which was one of the first in the post-Soviet space to provide domestic users with the opportunity to replenish the game balance in a few mouse clicks. According to Alena Degryk, it was very difficult to start, because at that time in Ukraine there were practically no functioning electronic systems with which you could make online payments. After several years of painstaking work and hard negotiations with game developers, publishers, banks, the system "LeoGaming" still managed to win the popularity of users. Today, it is no longer a small office where only 4 people work, and a large international company with offices in several European countries (Romania, Hungary). Successes and achievements of the company in the field of network technologies were noted at the annual All-Ukrainian ceremony "Man of the Year" in 2014 by a victory in the category "Internet Service of the Year".
In 2015, the LeoGaming company headed by Alena Degryk became even closer on the way to its goal: the National Bank of Ukraine issued a license that allows the company to make financial transactions without specifying a specific bank account, thanks to which more. In the summer of 2017, with the support of Mastercard, the mobile application LeoBot was launched, which significantly simplified the procedure for transferring money from one card to another.
Social activities: At home Alena Degryk is very popular due to her active life position. The business woman herself believes that every successful person should help what really needs it. Her words do not differ from the cases: the girl actively helps children deprived of parental care, wounded soldiers in need of rehabilitation and church schools. Often, a girl appears on the television screen, where she participates as a guest in discussions on the development of a strategy for the further development of the country. In 2014, Alena Degryk, unexpectedly for many, took part in the Moscow parliamentary elections from electoral district number 220, located in the Podolsky district of Kiev.
Hobbies: As the general director of LeoGaming, the world's largest online online payment service, admits, all her free time is spent on organizing the work process, travel, negotiations. However, if there is a free minute, the girl spends it exclusively for the benefit of the case, namely - to read the specialized literature on management and economic disciplines. Alain is also very fond of traveling, and if there is a possibility - she visits new uncharted countries.
