Forward Falkirka Kevin O'Hara was disqualified for eight matches for mockery of midfielder Dunfermline Dean Shields, who lost his eye.

Midfielder Dunfermline Dean Shields underwent an operation to remove the right eye in 2006.

32-year-old northern Irishman injured his eye and lost his eyesight at the age of eight. This caused him headaches, so the doctors decided that the best solution would be an operation to remove it.

The referee noted the incident in his report, and as a result, the Football Association of Scotland decided to disqualify O'Hara for eight matches.
