As stated in the text of the document, Rybalka Sergey Viktorovich withdraws from the position of the chairman of the committee in accordance with his application.

The document comes into force from the date of its adoption. At the same time, the politician himself is currently in hospital for surgery. At the same time, he accused the government of organizing a vote to remove him from office and urged his colleagues not to consider this issue in his absence.
