Such information was disseminated in the press service of the port "South". According to the message, in the holds of the recently arrived tanker there are 80,000 tons of coal destined for the Ukrainian power plants "Centrenergo". This cargo was delivered from the USA - also stated in the message.

The enterprise is currently operating in the normal mode, production capacities for unloading are prepared. The cargo turnover of SE "MTP South" in the course of 2017 amounted to 9.7 million tons, among them - imported energy coal - 0.6 million tons, and coking coal - 1.5 million tons.

As reported URA-Inform, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade implemented sanctions on the Russian coal supplier.
