The police yesterday, November 8, at 14:53 received a message that under the parked car resident of the area discovered an unknown device, the press service of the region police.

At the address the police found that a 38-year-old resident of the house on Astronomical Street threw a signal rocket from the window, having first activated it.

According to his wife, a man abuses alcohol and drugs. In the men's home, police officers found four syringes with a brown liquid, about a kilogram of poppy seeds, three bottles of liquid with a characteristic odor of acetone.

Near the house, experts of the explosion and technical control seized the housing of the CPR 30 and charred metal elements.

As a result of the incident, no one was injured, everything that was in time was evacuated. It is indicated that information about the incident is included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations of the Criminal Code. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to seven years.
