The country has taken a number of concrete steps to prosecute Serbian citizens fighting abroad, including Ukraine, than demonstrated commitment to their international legal obligations.

At the same time, the Serbian Foreign Ministry said, the Ukrainian mercenaries participated in crimes committed by Croatian forces against the Serbian people in Croatia, "which Ukraine, unlike Serbia, has never condemned".

However, Serbia is still committed to establishing good relations with Ukraine on the principles of mutual respect, - concluded in the Foreign Ministry.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the Ambassador of Ukraine in Serbia, Alexander Alexandrovich said that Belgrade does not make enough effort to prevent its citizens from fighting in the Donbass on the side of the separatists because of their commitment to Moscow.
