Despite the fact that representatives of the fair sex will not serve in the fire departments, they, along with the guys, are pulled up, squeezed out, stepped into the outfits and hand over specialized items in full uniforms. In the life of cadets-girls of the Ural Institute of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia there are many household difficulties. They come from different cities of Russia and come from the family almost into the army. Therefore, for a long time girls have to get used not only to each other and to other people's habits, but also to another way of life, to get used to the idea that there is no possibility of habitual pastime for the next five years.

"When all the girls walk in the evenings, and you go on drill training or in the field, it's certainly difficult. But we all quickly adapted. Being a cadet of the third year, I can say with confidence that now it is not so difficult to study as in the first year, for example. If necessary, the girls will extinguish the fire and take people out of the fire - the institute will teach them this. But most of them are future inspectors who are to conduct investigations and apply knowledge gained in the institute in fire laboratories. Cadets-girls are sure that "paper" work is no less important.

"I would like to become a fire inspector or investigator who comes to the scene of the fire and uses his knowledge to understand the causes of the fire. In general, I always dreamed of being in uniform. No one university has such a study as we have. We scuba dive and descended from the helicopter. There are a lot of specialized subjects, it's unusual for a girl, it's hard, but interesting. I believe that women in uniform are needed not less than men, "- said fifth-year student Julia Yusupova.

Julia notes that their course is unique, because before them kursynov-girls of full-time form of education in high school was not. In her opinion, for the first time here were not ready for the presence of ladies in epaulettes, but over time, the leadership of the institute showed an individual approach, and for the beautiful half of mankind optimal conditions for training.

In the relationship between cadets and officers, the subordination issue is very important. For example, if someone needs to contact the platoon commander, you must first ask the squad leader, and then the commander of the group. "I have 25 people subordinate to me, and I fall for them, of course, often. Swearing with the girls do not want to, but for all the good you will not. Sometimes you have to be tough, but everyone understands perfectly well that my duties include training personnel, checking the appearance. Do not forget the girls and about a pleasant pastime: the institute has a variety of creative groups, and on the weekend, the student is often invited to various performances.

The cadets-girls since 2014 annually decorate the Victory Parade, for participation in which many of them were awarded with medals. However, according to cadets, medals are a token of difference in memory of the event, but wearing epaulettes is a real pride.
