The big plus of cheeses is that many of them do not contain lactose, and, therefore, can be used in diets of children and adults with an allergy to this milk protein.

Very few people know, but cheese is used not only "for its intended purpose," but also as a component for numerous home beauty recipes. So, there is a nourishing mask - 200 g of fatty cheese grate, mix with 2-3 yolks, apply for 20 minutes on face and neck skin, then abundantly rinse with warm water.
