According to him, the pilots training program has already been completed for 95 percent. It is also known that the average flying time of pilots of military aviation and air forces is 45 hours, and the pilots of the Navy are 29 hours.

In addition - by 86% the "hiking" program of the Navy ships was already implemented - it was 17 days. Now in its active phase of implementation - the program of jumping with a parachute. Special operations units have already completed this program fully.
