It is reported that only for centralized heating and hot water supply was about seven billion hryvnia, for electricity - three billion hryvnia. Huge sums of the Ukrainian population have accumulated 10 billion hryvnias to the gas suppliers, including UAH 3 billion for maintenance of houses and structures and adjacent territories, 2 billion hryvnyas for centralized water supply and drainage, 0.4 billion hryvnia for the removal of domestic waste.

In total for the autumn season, Ukrainian consumers repaid debts amounting to four billion hryvnia.
