In the Sverdlovsk region, the prosecutor's office will check the enterprises that have debts on wages. Such a request to the local supervisory authority was given personally by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Yury Ponomarev.

"For a thorough analysis of the reasons for the formation of debt and the economic situation at the enterprise, prosecutors of the region planned to visit specially problematic facilities with multi-million wage debts," the Sverdlovsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office.

Territorial prosecutors are instructed to conduct hearings of employers with the participation of heads of municipalities. A separate evaluation will be given to the actions of arbitration managing debtor enterprises that have wage arrears in various stages of bankruptcy.

The results of the review are tentatively scheduled for December 20, 2017.
