The places of retro cars in the space "Greenwich" will take drift cars. The exhibition "Heroes of Our Time" will be opened in the shopping center in the middle of next week. On the eve of the opening of the exhibition, drifters will arrange a real show in the object's parking lot, during which they will demonstrate the full power of their fighting cars. Steep drifts with smoke from under the wheels and fire from the exhaust pipes will be removed on video. The resulting videos will be played on the screens of the shopping center and on the Internet.

According to the organizers of the exposition, drift is quite a new discipline both for Russia and for the whole world. Despite this, this kind of racing is already very popular among the Urals.

"We chose a very good moment when drift competitions are no longer held. To visitors of "Greenwich" we will show modifications of two Japanese autoconcerns. The audience will see the classics of motorsport: Nissan 350Z, Nissan 200SX, Toyota Alrezza, Toyota Chaser 100. A limited number of exhibits is due only to the number of available seats, we could put 10-12 drift cars. All cars will be prepared for the exposition. Perhaps, even slightly we will correct bodies. But in general, they will all keep their racing appearance, "said the organizer of the project" Heroes of Our Time "Dmitry Zdomsky.

According to the creators of the exhibition, the budget for car tuning ranges from 700 thousand rubles to 2.5 million rubles. Improvements in the machines are mainly aimed at increasing their capacity (from 500 to 1000 horsepower) and controllability. Cars become very sharp, but at the same time more manageable. Already under these two modifications, then the entire machine is completely adjusted - from the gearbox to the cooling system. A safety cage is mandatory, which protects the pilot in the event of an accident at a competition. The entire list of revisions of each sport car will be viewed by visitors of Greenwich at special stands.

"Nissan 350Z appeared at me in 2009. Since then, I have been updating it all the time. It has a 12-cylinder engine and a turbine from a truck MAN. The body of the machine is almost entirely made of carbon fiber. Under the hood of almost 700 horsepower. How much spent on it - I can not remember anymore. Drift fell ill a long time. First I watched movies and drove through the streets. Now I'm playing in competitions. I have the smokest car in the Urals and people will find out about it in the announcement of our exhibition ", - said the owner of Nissan 350Z Ivan Gavrilov.

Preparation for the opening of the exhibition will begin already tonight. For her announcement will be created four short videos about cars and their owners. All filming will take place in the parking lot under the "Hyperbola".
