Kiev Dynamo published an appeal to FFU President Andrei Pavelko about the statement of Deputy Director of the Center for Licensing Sergei Zadiran about the possibility of excluding the club from Eurocups.

The club appealed to the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play with a request to comment on this issue and received a response from the head of financial monitoring and compliance of UEFA Pablo Rodriguez.

It states that the Pre-trial Chamber of the OFKK did not open an investigation against the club about a license received to participate in UEFA competitions 2017/18.

Moreover, in a letter to Rodriguez noted that the "Dynamo" timely payment of all of its payment obligations.

"Dynamo" asks FFU apology and reaction of Pavelko for "violation of the confidentiality agreement of 2016 between FFU and FC Dynamo Kyiv".
