This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin.

According to Klimkin, the Ukrainian side fully agrees with the position of the central government that it is necessary to adhere to the Constitution of the state by all subjects of institutions of management. The minister also conducted a comparative analysis, comparing the situation in the east of Ukraine and separatism in Catalonia.

Klimkin is confident that Russia will try to use the situation in Catalonia in its own interests, putting the process of the occupation of the Crimea together with the referendum in Catalonia in one row.

In addition, during the meeting the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Spain discussed the situation in the Donbass.
