A seminar of trade-union activists on information work was held in Pervouralsk. The event was organized by the Coordination Council of the trade unions of Pervouralsk, headed by Sergey Oshurkov, the leader of the primary trade-union organization of OJSC "Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant".

The training was attended by trade union leaders and activists of various enterprises and organizations of the city district, including health care, government institutions, education and science, the mining and metallurgical complex.

The main topic of the seminar in connection with the Year of Trade Union Information was the information activity of the trade union at the present stage. In the three-hour lecture of Aksana Sgibneva, Head of the Department of Social Guarantees and Information of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Sverdlovsk Region, the problems of prompt information transfer across the entire trade union structure from the FNPR to the rank-and-file member of the trade union were touched upon; the nuances of using different channels of information in the work of the primary trade union organization from the design and filling of the trade union stand to the group in the social network; modern tasks of trade unions in the context of information work, promotion of trade union ideas.

The second part of the seminar was devoted to team building, and it was logically correct: the training additionally promoted the integration of the pro-activists of various trade unions and enterprises into a team of pervouralski trade unions to enhance the effectiveness of further joint work in the urban district.
