Just a couple of years ago, the city's leadership not without justification declared - we will reanimate, we will resume equestrian competitions. They resumed, and paid off their debts, got out of bankruptcy, did not give up for a song to steal the race track from the city. But ... at the enterprise, people who are more worried about their interests, than about the preservation of equestrian sport and such leisure in the capital, began to "refuel" again.

For example, in August of this year, active amateurs of equestrian sport appealed to law enforcement agencies with a request to check the facts and, if confirmed, apply the necessary measures regarding the activities of the current head of the Kyiv Hippodrome, Olga Bondar. And the facts were eloquent enough - for a short, little more than a year, tenure, the head made contracts with interested parties and subsequently placed on the territory of the racetrack the car service stations and even gas stations.

Concluding contracts for the delivery of the necessary goods to the racetrack in order to minimize taxes and legalize incomes received in a doubtful way, Olga Bondar used shells and controlled enterprises. On the face of signs of fictitiousness - one of the main suppliers - LLC "Company Gidrosoyuz" appears in the criminal investigation of 30. 06. 2016 as an enterprise that forms a tax credit from fictitious business entities.

In addition, the enterprising director created prerequisites for causing economic losses to the state during the conduct of tender purchases in the Kyiv Hippodrome. So, during the inspection, there were found out front companies that did not conduct activities at all, but earned (or figured) presence in tenders.

Who knows how many more such enterprises and gimmicks can find a detailed investigation, and as it became known, the criminal case is already open. Let's leave the conclusions to the law enforcement agencies, hoping that neither loud in their promises city government, nor they will not pass by the fact that the racetrack quietly but surely goes to the bottom.
