In the city of Kupyansk in one of the buildings exploded shell. As a result of the incident, a local resident was killed.

According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the region, the incident happened on Zagreblyanskaya Street. The 45-year-old local resident received numerous injuries.
