In Verkhnyaya Pyshma, the court sentenced two local residents who killed a homeless person. A man born in 1988 was found guilty of deliberately inflicting serious harm to his health, which resulted in the death of the victim, and his accomplice born in 1979 - in aiding and abetting this crime.

As reported by the press service of the TFR in the Sverdlovsk region, the incident occurred on November 4, 2016 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. The malefactors, the eldest of whom lived in the collector of the heating main, descended into this heat main, where at that time there was a group of homeless people. There, the younger of the criminals had a conflict with a man born in 1963. Without thinking twice, an aggressive young man began to beat his opponent's hands and feet, and then asked a friend for a stick. He, realizing why he had a stick, handed the first weapon. As a result of the beating, the homeless died on the spot, and the men dragged the corpse from the heating main and dragged them to the garage array. There he was discovered by locals.

Police on the traces of blood and crushed snow easily identified the place of execution, and, after interviewing the people who were in the sewer collector, figured out the identities of the criminals. Both were detained on the day of the murder and immediately confessed to committing a crime.

The court sentenced the murderer to 7 years of imprisonment in a strict-regime prison, and his accomplice - to 5 years in a strict-regime colony.
