Clubs of gray, thick smoke are visible from afar. Eyewitnesses note that open fire is visible from all points of the industrial zone, the agency "NTA-Privolzhye". According to unconfirmed information at the scene of the accident there are victims and dead. The source of the agency in the leadership of the Kstovo site of LUKOIL said that at present two fuel tanks are burning. Before the fire began, in the vicinity of the tanks, cotton was heard, from which the glasses of nearby cars flew out, writes "KP". The assistant to the general director for public relations in OOO "LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez" Anton Greben stated that smoke is continuing on the territory of the enterprise, and more detailed information will be circulated later.
