A resident of Kamensk-Uralsky had to abandon the purchase of a new SUV in order to pay debts on alimony to his daughter.

Since 2014, in the department of bailiffs in the Kamensk-Uralsky and Kamensky region of the UFSSP of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region, there was an enforcement proceeding for recovery of arrears of child support to a daughter who turned 18. For four years, my father gave money to the girl from time to time, but the total debt accumulated.

And in autumn of 2017, the grief-father decided to sell his old Nissan X-Trail and buy a new SUV of the same brand. Only he did not take into account that since February 2017 the bailiff has forbidden registration actions with the old car of the debtor. Unable to sell the car, the man came to the reception to the bailiff along with his daughter, during which he paid the daughter all the debts - 220 thousand rubles.

In connection with the full repayment of the debt, the enforcement proceedings were terminated by actual execution, the daughter received deserved alimony, the debtor remained with his car.
