Two officers of the department of the border guard service "Znob-Novgorod" of the Sumy border detachment disappeared during the monitoring of the state border section. This was reported by the State Border Service of Ukraine (SBS).

Communication with them was interrupted at about 20:00 on October 3.

"Now the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is looking for the missing servicemen and fixing their location. Law enforcement bodies are informed. At the same time, the Russian media reported on the detention of representatives of the FSB border guard by two violators who were called border guards of the Sumy detachment, "said the SBS.
