Engineers of Google are planning to expand the list of available methods for managing smartphones, SlashGear reports with reference to the corresponding patent. The described input method, designed to press the multitouch, is based on intuitive gestures by analogy with Kinect.

A distinctive feature of the technology is its ability to self-learn. This means that interaction with the device that supports gesture control will be carried out not only by pre-installed commands, but also by newly-researched.

The engineers plan to achieve a wide spread of technology due to the logical and intuitive nature of the applied commands. For example, in order to extinguish a light in the room (if the smartphone is connected to the smart house system), it is necessary to simulate a corresponding gesture.

It is assumed that in the future the sign language project for the management of electronics can merge with the ARCore project, in which the development of Augmented Reality technologies. In this case, the interaction will not only be intuitive, but also visual.
