Messages about problems with new smartphones appeared on Twitter earlier. So, user Magokoro laid out photos, which show that the front part of the iPhone 8 Plus separated from the case even before the opening of the box.

The user noted that the next day the screen literally broke away from the smartphone.

Similar problems have arisen in the Taiwanese: the screen has separated from the smartphone after she put the phone on charge. According to preliminary data, in both cases the cause of the breakdown was the swollen battery.

Apple confirmed that they know about this problem and intend to solve it.
