The Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UGMK) became the sole owner of the Uralcets Company. One third of the shares in the home arena of the hockey club "Motorist" was bought by the joint-stock company "Vertical", affiliated with UMMC. The relevant information is posted on the Internet site "Sberbank-AST".

At the auction were exhibited 401 844 shares of the cultural and entertainment complex "Uralets". The decision to sell a third of the shares of the sports facility, which previously belonged to the Sverdlovsk region, was taken last summer. The amount of the transaction is estimated at 259.3 million rubles, which is nominally the initial value of a portion of the shares.

Earlier, the company's general director, Andrei Kozitsyn, announced his intention to participate in bidding for the possession of a third share of the sports facility. The remaining shares (2/3) at that time already were in possession of UMMC. The company purchased the main package in September 2016 from businessman Alexei Bobrov.
