In Turinsk at repair of thermal networks the worker died. On this fact, the UK instituted criminal proceedings h. 1 st. 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence).

As reported in the SS of the SK of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region, according to the investigation, the incident occurred during the execution of works on repair of the heating network at one of the houses along Puteitev street in Turinsk. During the laying of concrete trays, the truck crane, in violation of safety standards, was located near a non-power line. Assisting the driver of the truck crane, a man born in 1972, took the metal sling with his hands. A non-contact electric arc appeared and the worker was shocked. From the injuries he died at the scene of the accident.

Currently, the investigator of the TFR in the criminal case is carrying out a set of necessary measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the committed crime, collecting and consolidating the evidentiary basis. Required and analyzed documents regulating the order and safety of repair work, interrogated direct eyewitnesses of the incident and other witnesses from among the employees of the enterprise that carried out repairs. A specific person to be identified as the accused is established. The investigation of the criminal case continues.
