Hardly anyone will be surprised that Chinese manufacturers will follow the example of Apple and will equip their smartphones with the analogs of the Face ID recognition system that debuts in the iPhone X smartphone.
It is logical to assume that the leaders of the Chinese market, such as Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo. Earlier it was reported that the face recognition system will be presented in the smartphone Xiaomi Mi 7, which will be released in the first quarter of next year.
However, the first alternative to Face ID was introduced by the Chinese company Doogee. Its new smartphone Doogee Mix 2 is equipped with a dual front camera, with which it performs three-dimensional scanning and face recognition of users.
Doogee Mix 2 will receive a 5.99-inch diagonal display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels with an aspect ratio of 18: 9, a single-chip Helio P25 system, a basic dual camera with 16 and 13 megapixel image sensors, and a dual front (8 + 8 megapixel). The amount of RAM is 6 or 8 GB, the flash memory in the device will be 128 GB. The smartphone will receive a USB-C connector, the battery capacity will be 4060 mAh.
Doogee Mix 2 will be released before the end of the year.
