Prosecutor's Office Kachkanar convicted the local administration of failure to fulfill obligations under municipal contracts. During the audit it was found out that the officials did not pay for the work already done.

The biggest debt of the municipality was facing the micro-enterprise "Uralinveststroy", which in the autumn of 2016 repaired the Sverdlov street in Kachkanar. The price of the contract was 21.6 million rubles, but after signing the act of completed work MUE "Management of Municipal Economy" paid only 1.6 million rubles.

The contractor applied to the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region, where he entered into an amicable agreement with the customer, according to which the mayor's office undertook to pay the debt of 20 million rubles, as well as a contractual penalty of 270,000 rubles, 62,800 rubles - state duty, 30,000 rubles - payment of a representative.

In addition, during the audit, the prosecutors found out that the Municipality of Kachkanar violated the terms of municipal contracts with 18 counterparties whose debt amounted to over 2 million rubles.

After the intervention of the supervisory authority, the mayor's office settled all debts.
