The prosecutor's office through the court obtained compensation for moral harm to the girl who suffered in an accident. Money must pay the violator of traffic rules.

The accident occurred on July 30, 2016. Daewoo Nexia left the secondary road to the main road and rammed the Niva. A 15-year-old girl, who was sitting in the passenger seat, suffered various injuries, including a fractured arm. The court recovered from the offender a fine of 15 thousand rubles.

The prosecutor's office determined that the injured girl, even after the bones on her hand had grown, was in severe pain, dizzy, which lasted more than a year, because of what she had to miss classes at school.

The supervisory authority appealed to the court, which recovered from the violator of traffic rules another 90 thousand rubles in compensation for moral harm.
