The Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk Region has revealed serious violations in the work of the Department of Forestry of the Sverdlovsk Region. During the audit it was found out that the employees of the department, on the one hand, violate the time limits for sending administrative protocols, because of which the fined can not protect their rights. On the other hand, the work on bringing to justice the perpetrators.

There are shortcomings in the claim and lawsuit work of the department for collecting funds for the use of forests.

Based on the results of the audit, the deputy prosecutor of the Sverdlovsk region Dmitry Chulichkov, the director of the department Oleg Sandakov, introduced the idea of ??eliminating violations of the federal law.

As a result of the audit, several people were brought to justice: the head of the State Forestry and Fire Supervision Department in the forests, three leading specialists, and the local forester. Other employees began to work more actively, as a result of which one of the largest debtors - LLC Argus SFK, which has a debt under a lease agreement of over 80 million rubles, transferred to the budget 1 million rubles.
