Today, at a plenary meeting of the Kyiv City Council, the deputies adopted a decision that prohibits the sale of alcohol in the MAF. The decision was supported by 81 deputies. This is reported on the website of the Kiev City Council.

So, the functional for any sale of alcoholic beverages - vodka, low-alcohol beverages, gin and tonic, and all alcohol-containing, which can be sold in MAFah - is removed from the types of use of temporary structures for which the agreements are concluded.

According to the deputies' conviction, this decision should positively influence the comfort of the people of Kiev and ensure the fight against the so-called "wolves" by settling the trade in alcoholic and low alcohol drinks.

"For a long time in the city of Kiev there was a legislative collision. According to the current legislation, alcoholic beverages can only be sold in capital facilities. The legislator clearly defines what is the capital structure, what it has standards for. Temporary structures in no way refer to capital structures and therefore in fact, issuing contracts of share participation in the sale of alcoholic beverages in temporary buildings, we violate the current legislation. This decision regulates such conflict situation. Moreover, I note that the Kiev people themselves demand to prohibit the sale of alcohol. He repeatedly noted this and the mayor of the capital.
