Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office accuse him of misappropriating land in the capital. Together with him was detained his alleged accomplice.

As reported by the press service of NABU, the investigators found that the detainee in 2010-2011, being the secretary of the Kyivrada commission on land issues and having access to information about the availability of land plots in communal ownership in the capital, organized a criminal scheme for capturing three of them.

The total cost of the audit was UAH 3,500,000. Detectives NABU also noted that the scheme was that the official with the help of a relative took possession of land in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kiev, in communal ownership. Then he legalized the criminally obtained plots, making them into the statutory fund, founded by a likely accomplice.

Currently, detectives and prosecutors are identifying other possible participants in the corruption scheme.

In this case, the investigation of these episodes in the NABU began in September 2016, - assured the press service.
