The highest share of potential bankrupts was recorded in the Jewish Autonomous Region (3.8%), in Chukotka - 2.7%, in the Magadan Region - 2.7%, Ingushetia - 2.6% and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District - 2.5% , the study notes. The lowest - in Dagestan, the Republic of Komi, the Republic of Altai and the Chechen Republic - by 0.8 percent, and in the Belgorod region - 0.9 percent. "The greatest debts are recorded for residents of the Kostroma region - 2.77 million rubles per person, Ingushetia - 2.66 million rubles, Moscow and the Moscow region - 2.53 million rubles, the Kaliningrad region - 2.5 million rubles and Kamchatka - 2, 47 million rubles ", - the experts of the OKB write. The lowest - the potential bankrupt in Chechnya - one million rubles, the Jewish Autonomous Region - 1.25 million rubles, the Trans-Baikal Territory - 1.27 million rubles, the Amur Region - 1.29 million rubles and in Buryatia - 1.36 million rubles. In June, the court confirmed the "insolvent" status of a resident of Chelyabinsk, Daria Rastorgueva. She was one of the first to file an application to declare her insolvent on October 1, 2015, immediately after the adoption of the law that an individual can be declared bankrupt. According to the OKB, at the end of the first half of 2017, the number of potential bankrupts among borrowers was about 660 thousand people.
