Monthly, Google makes changes to the design of branded Android-applications. Recently, the company added navigation bars to YouTube and Chrome, and now some users have noticed a similar item in the Google Play store interface. At the moment, the update is distributed selectively and only for some mobile devices.

The new line works as a submenu for the section displayed on the screen and supports horizontal scrolling. Previously, this function was performed by rounded buttons at the top of the display, but they were placed less compactly.

The changes also touched the side menu: the installed applications tab was moved up, and the submenu with books, music and movies Google decided to remove.

As with other interface updates in Google applications, the changes may not allow for the final release.
