According to the legend of the exercises, the fire occurred in the archive room. Several workers could not be evacuated from the upper floors of the center and ran out onto the roof. To help them, the rescuers used the lorry. In a short time, they extinguished the flame and evacuated all people. The doctors helped everyone who needed it.

As noted by the Director of the Department of Administrative Services and Consumer Market Victoria Kitaygorodskaya, during the exercises all the services worked together.

"Clearly worked squad, which includes staff administrators, was also the timely notification of staff. Quickly arrive ambulances and fire trucks. In general, we can say that we care not only about the quality of services, but also about the safety of visitors and our employees. It is for this that such exercises are needed, "said the director of the department.

Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkov region Anatoly Toryanik confirmed that in the building of the Regional Service Center the fire safety system is well established.

"This is a modern building, and in terms of fire protection, everything is thought out here, because there is a warning system, a fire alarm system, and a gas fire extinguishing system. Therefore, the building is very well protected and well designed in the fire-fighting respect, "- said Anatoly Torjanik.

The actions of their subordinates during the exercises were estimated by the management to be "excellent".
