According to the director of NABU, the creation of an anti-corruption court is spelled out in the Constitution, so we can not ignore this fact.
It is planned that the anti-corruption chamber will consider cases as the last instance, but at the same time a special court will be created for the cases of top officials who have been convicted of bribery or corruption.
The government proposes to create such chambers in the district courts, which is impossible either in personnel or in monetary terms. These are 27 chambers in regional courts, and about 450 district courts.
"This is an unrealistic and cumbersome project," stressed Sytnik.
There is simply no number of professional judges for such a large number of courts.
As reported in the "URA-Inform", the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine opened 72 proceedings against the inconsistency of the information specified in the E-declaration.
