The court of the Crimea occupied by Russia sentenced Chiygoz to eight years of the colony

This decision was taken by the occupiers on Monday, September 11. According to local media, the Supreme Court of the annexed Crimea controlled by the Kremlin today passed a verdict to one of the leaders of the Crimean Tatar people.

In addition, the "court" made a particular definition of Chiigoz's lawyer Alexander Lesovoy for multiple delays. At the same time, according to journalists, about 100 people came to support Chiygoz to the court building.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the Crimean prosecutor's office opened a criminal investigation into the fact of illegal detention of protesters in the occupied Crimea in support of Chiygoz.

Such criminal proceedings were opened on the basis of the deputy's appeal of the People's Deputy of Ukraine Chubarova.
